This Signature home is thoughtfully furnished throughout - you will feel relaxed and instantly “at home” The Interior seamlessly blends light Floridian pastel shades and stylish furnishings, the large family room boasts tiled floor and cooling overhead ceiling fans. Twin sliding doors leading directly out to the pool and sundeck. Comfortable sofas provide ample seating for six and a wide-screen TV completes the living area.
The well-appointed kitchen includes all major appliances, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer and is extensively equipped for six people. A family washer and dryer is also provided. A modern glass top dining table with seating for six provides a more formal atmosphere for that special celebratory meal with an additional breakfast nook for casual dining situated next to the kitchen area.
