A large open-plan family room has tiled floor, overhead ceiling fans and light pastel colors to give an extra special "Florida feel". Comfortable twin sofas, armchair and an entertainment center including TV, DVD and audio system complete the living area.

Sliding doors lead directly out to the pool and sun deck. Here you can live the outdoor life, enjoying tropical landscaping and year–round sunshine. Relax in your very own swimming pool and private sundeck. The sundeck is fully screened with a welcome shaded area for outdoor dining, sun loungers and patio furnishings are provided.

The well-appointed kitchen includes all major appliances, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with automatic ice maker and freezer. The kitchen area is extensively equipped for six people, and has a family washer and dryer located in a separate utility room. A formal dining area with seating for six people is situated next to the family room and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool has additional dining space for four people.

Relax poolside and enjoy the early morning sunrise as another stunning Florida day begins.
