Wireless Internet is provided and a separate work desk is available for keeping up with those pesky emails. 

Conveniently located next to the kitchen and overlooking the pool and sundeck is a formal dining area, ideal for that special celebration dinner or romantic evening at home. A second family retreat offers a haven for quiet relaxation with comfortable leather sofas for relaxing and finishing that book you always meant to read, for watching the wide-screen TV or just listening to music.

The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen area is extensively equipped for six people with coffee/tea making facilities, all modern utensils and ample storage cabinets. A breakfast bar and additional outside dining table overlooking the pool area has seating for six people.

A family washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen.

Step-in shower, single vanity and toilet – this bathroom can also be accessed directly from the pool deck.

GUEST NOTE:

This property enjoys peaceful water views but has no canal access available for guest use.

The owners vehicle is garaged at the home - guests vehicles can be parked off road on the large front driveway.

This home is equipped with solar heating for the swimming pool.
